Your first coaching session is free
The first session with a coach costs you nothing: it is free, with no purchase required and no commitment. It is there to take stock of your situation and to decide, together, whether coaching would help you. If you stop there, you owe nothing.
14 days to change your mind
For any paid offer, you have 14 days from the payment to change your mind: full refund, no justification to provide and no fees. Your request is enough, because a financial decision should be made with a clear head, never under pressure.
How to use the guarantee
An email from your account address is enough, saying you want a refund. No form, no trick questions: the refund is issued to the original payment method, no later than 14 days after we receive your request.

What this guarantee does not replace
This guarantee is a commercial commitment: it neither replaces nor reduces your legal rights, starting with the withdrawal right set by French consumer law. It is also independent from our code of ethics: if we ever broke one of its commitments, your current period would be refunded, even beyond the 14 days.
