You are right to be wary: financial education attracts snake-oil sellers. This code states in plain writing what Tuki Academy commits to never doing. It is public so you can hold it against us the day we fall short.
Zero promised returns
Nobody can guarantee the performance of an investment, and we will never pretend otherwise. No "multiply your money", no "financial freedom". We teach you to understand and decide for yourself, nothing more.
Zero hidden commissions
Tuki Academy receives no commission from any bank, insurer or broker. No content steers you towards a product that pays us: our only revenue is the prices we display.
No fear-based marketing
No countdown timers, no "limited seats", no doomsday scenarios to rush your decision. A financial choice should be made with a clear head, never under pressure.
Your coach is not a financial advisor
Tuki coaches are not licensed investment advisors. They give you a method and a framework to decide, but they will never tell you which product to buy or where. If your situation calls for regulated, personalised advice, we encourage you to consult a licensed professional.
A refund if we fail you
If you find that we have broken any of these commitments, write to us: we will cancel your subscription and refund your current period, no questions asked.
